Built QuickBooks from the ground up
I have helped several businesses build their QuickBooks from scratch: the right setup, a chart of accounts that fit how they actually work, bank and credit card accounts connected, and income and expenses organized for clean reporting.

Brought months of bookkeeping back up to date
Several clients came to me six months to a year behind. Accounts had not been reconciled, transactions were piling up, and they could not trust their numbers.
I worked through the backlog, reconciled the accounts, cleaned up the history, fixed payroll and sales tax issues, and helped get filings caught up. In a focused stretch of work, they went from overwhelmed to current books, reliable reports, and a clear plan for staying on track.
Untangled a very complicated set of books
One client came to me with multiple businesses, rental properties in two states, several bank and credit card accounts, and many different vehicle, mortgage, SBA, FSA, and business loans. This was not a simple cleanup.
Every account, property, and loan had to land in the right place so the balances made sense together. I worked through it piece by piece, reconciled everything, and created a clear financial picture the owner could finally rely on.
Complicated books do not scare me. I break them down, work through them carefully, and make sure the full story makes sense.

Transactions categorized, every account reconciled, and a P&L and Balance Sheet you can actually read, delivered by the 15th of each month once we have your statements. We review your numbers before you see them and flag anything that looks wrong.
Cleanup & catch-up
Months or years behind? Honestly, this is our favorite kind of project. We untangle messy QuickBooks, trace what doesn’t add up, reconcile everything, and hand you a clean starting point, however far back it goes.
QuickBooks setup & systems
Starting fresh, or outgrew the DIY setup? We build the bookkeeping around how your business actually works: chart of accounts, bank feeds, and yes, multi-channel ecommerce like Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and Stripe.
All part of the job: payroll and payroll bookkeeping, 1099 preparation and filing, sales tax bookkeeping, and year-end coordination with your CPA. What we don’t do: tax returns, legal advice, or audits. We keep your books so clean your tax professional will wonder what happened.
Most clients land between $350 and $800. Complex, larger companies up to $1,500.
Quoted flat after the free look, up to around $12,000 for the biggest, most complex files.
